MHA #6, Monday Morning
After a couple of weird and busy weekends, in that order, it had been nice to have one that was just... normal. As normal as Fandom ever gets, anyway. So, you know. Nice, normal weekend, and hopefully a nice, normal week following it...
The weird thing, though, was that Liam was sleeping in. Really sleeping in, and not his usual "woke up and went for a run and then crawled back into bed to snuggle" or "woke up and read for a few hours", either. Genuine, honest-to-god, asleep sleeping in. Which was definitely the first clue that something was amiss, because that only ever happened on those weekends. You know the ones.
Except this was a Monday. And everyone knew the weird shit didn't happen on Mondays (unless the island was hopping through various alternate realities, of course.). So Liam could possibly be forgiven for not having any idea that anything was strange just yet, sleepily reaching for Verity to pull her in closer.
[ooc: for the girl. you know the one. and soooo much SP because work is a butt.]

Re: Wednesday...
"S'what I like to hear," he said happily. "Now... am I bringing you breakfast, or are you gonna come help?"
Re: Wednesday...
Re: Wednesday...
Like 'he cooked while Verity appreciated the way he moved around the kitchen' wasn't just something that happened on a day that ended in y.

She got up, too. Her plan was to make tea so she could say she 'helped' - and also make Liam smile - and then go back to lounging.
Re: Wednesday...
"You can borrow one of my shirts," he offered, because he was generous like that. "... Or not." Because he was selfish like that, and as much as he loved how she usually looked, this was good too. "But you might want to stick to boxers."
At least, if she didn't want to deal with constantly tripping over the cuffs of any borrowed pants.
Re: Wednesday...
...Though still not exactly 'tall.' Ugh.
"Boxers yes, shirt no," Verity decided. "So I can contribute to the pretty in the kitchen."
Re: Wednesday...
"No arguments here," he said cheerfully, sidling over for another kiss.
It was going to be a wonder if they ever made it out of the bedroom at this rate.
Re: Wednesday...
"Mmmm." Verity's thoughts were running along the same lines. "You keep that up and you're gonna end up making lunch, not breakfast."
Re: Wednesday...
"Come on then," he said. "I'm perfectly capable of multitasking and making out with you while things are cooking."
That one Valentine's Day disaster aside, anyway.

That he’d bring her the moon if she asked. Actually, he could bring her to the moon if she ever wanted. He had a shuttle, he could do that!
Re: Wednesday...
"I'm saying that if I said, 'what if I fuck you on the table?', you'd be up there in seconds and the eggs would burn," she said.
Teasing...ish.
Re: Wednesday...
It’s also possible the player misread ‘wherever’ as ‘whatever’, shh“Sounds like a challenge to me,” Liam retorted.
Re: Wednesday...
Re: Wednesday...
“Hmmm,” Liam hummed, leaning back against her. “Why don’t you try me?”
